What We Play ...
Both Jay & Steve play guitar. The main difference is that Steve plays with a pick, whereas Jay plays fingerstyle. On their "Dismabiguation" CD, Steve played a "Marina" dreadnaught guitar, while Jay played an early 1980s era "Celebrity" by "Ovation". Both prefer "D'Addario" brand strings.
Jay also plays Harmonica. He prefers "Hohner" brand harmonicas, especially the "Marine Band 1896" series. On the"Disambiguation" CD he also played a few songs using a Hohner "Blues Harp".
